Healthy food for our schools. PAID training for the culinary industry.

POIC CHEF Academy

The POIC Culinary + Hospitality Emergent Fellowship Academy (CHEF) program spans 12 weeks to develop clear pathways to success. Students are PAID as they learn basic industry standards. The Academy's curriculum was developed in collaboration with and endorsed by the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.

Cooking for someone is loving them, and there is nothing healthier than love.

The POIC Kitchen brings nutritious and delicious food to our students and the individuals we serve. Through our healthy school breakfasts and lunches, Rosemary Anderson students get the quality meals they need to keep focused on school and be successful.

THAT is serving love.
