POIC's 12-week program prepares adults for careers in construction and the trades. Trainees are PAID during this hands-on learning experience: classroom instruction, industry-recognized certifications, career exploration, and planning.
A BOLI-certified course of study.
Curriculum is recognized by the OSATC (Oregon State Apprenticeship and Training Council). Graduates receive continued support from the full-time staff with apprenticeship and job placement.
Placing 95% of graduates.
